Cello (and Bass) Mutes

Mutes come in two kinds: practice and performance. Practice mutes are heavy and designed to mute the sound so as to not bother your roomate while practicing. Performace mutes create a warmer, softer, and darker sound. The phrase composer's use for muting your instrument in performance is con sordino.
Practice Mutes: (Be careful with the metal one as it can scratch your instrument).
